Bale Wrapping in Farming Simulator 25: More realism

In previous versions, such as Farming Simulator 22, bale wrapping did not require complicated actions or additional costs. However, in FS25 everything has changed dramatically. Bale wrapping now has to be bought separately and delivered to the fields by the player himself.

This adds complexity to the game, but also makes the process much more fun and realistic.

Incidentally, in FS22, a popular mod called Net Wrap Addon by Italian modder DD ModPassion introduced similar challenges for bale wrapping. It’s possible that the developers were inspired by this mod.

The mechanics of bale wrapping have been greatly improved and become more complex. In previous versions of the game, players could simply select a wrapping type and the baler would automatically wrap the bales.

Now this process requires a lot more effort.

• Purchasing materials - Wrapping materials are now purchased from the in-game store, where players select a specific type (film, mesh, or branded wrapping).
• Color and Brand Selection - Players can choose not only the type of wrap, but also its color, which brings variety to the appearance of bales in the field. Branded bale packs will also be available in the game.
• Since bale wrappers are now a separate commodity, they can be transported on trailers and stored in warehouses.
• After purchasing the material, need to load it into the baler used to create the bales.

  To effectively manage bale wrapping materials and avoid unnecessary costs, follow these tips.

• Assess the needs of your farm: For long-term storage of bales, film is a better choice, while netting is suitable for short-term use.
• Keep an eye on costs: Different wrappers are used up at different rates, so consider the volume and types of bales when planning your budget.
• Buy in Bulk: Storing materials in dedicated warehouses can reduce the need for frequent trips to the store, saving time and resources.
